Come experience a liberating practice to help maintain balance and develop strength utilizing the wall as support. Doing yoga at the wall helps you understand both the basics and the fine nuances of a pose and it is good to come back to it every now and then to check your alignment.  My name is Reanna Knotts and I am the founder of Karma Yoginis, free yoga in the community. I started yoga in 2010 in hopes to calm my mind and define who I was in this world. Yoga has helped me define my inner strength and beauty. It has been my therapy and has allowed me to explore my mind, body, and soul. I have discovered many things about myself and have continued to learn how to let go and honor
these thoughts. I hope to one day bring awareness to the benefits of yoga and hope it changes someone’s life, like it has mine. I completed Lisa Browning’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Core Bodyworks and I am registered with the Yoga Alliance. Lisa’s teachings have inspired me to offer more to the community and has allowed me enjoy this everyday journey.
