Pre-registration is required for all Aerial classes. For your convenience, the New Student Form is available on line. You may print and fill out the form ahead of time and bring it with you to your first class.
Please be on Time! Allow yourself a few extra minutes prior to class to sign in, fill out the New Student form (if you have not already), get acquainted with the studio and prepare yourself for a wonderful experience. Door will be locked once class begins.
Bring your own yoga mat, towel and water.
Come in with an empty stomach.
Let your instructor know of any injuries and/or challenges you are experiencing. Contraindications for aerial yoga include: pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery (esp. shoulder, hip, eyes, back, hands or wrists), heart disease, very high or very low blood pressure, easy onset vertigo, osteoporosis/bone weakness, recent head injury, propensity for fainting, cerebral sclerosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe arthritis, disc herniation, muscle spasms, recent stroke, botox injections (within 6 hours).
Please turn off all cell phones.
If you are required to leave early, please do so before savasana (final relaxation) as it is disruptive to others to leave during this time.
Wear loose, stretchy comfortable clothing. For your comfort, it is recommended that participants of Aerial Yoga wear leggings that cover the back of your knees and shirts that cover your armpits. Do not wear clothing that has metal, buttons or zippers and NO JEWELRY OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ON THE HAMMOCKS.
Cameras are welcomed to take photos after class.
Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of pre-registered classes or workshops will be given a full refund. No refunds will be granted after the 24 hour cancellation period.
